Program Guidelines

1	Contact the Sales department or Front desk in advance to obtain your Guest Referral card. The information requested must be submitted in advance of your referred guest’s stay in order for you to receive your reward. We respect your and your referred guest’s privacy and we only use this information for internal tracking purposes.
2	Referred guests cannot have stayed at Residence Inn Rosslyn within 6 months of the arrival date. Guests who have stayed within that time period are not eligible for this promotion.
3	Rewards: Once the referred guest has checked out after a five-night minimum stay, you will then receive your reward. Rewards are given on a “case by case” basis; the longer the stay, the greater the reward potential. See the chart below for award allocation based on length of stay.
4	The Sales department will log and track all referral cards. Reservations can be booked by any method. You do not need to refer to the program when making your reservation. This program is specific to Residence Inn Arlington at Rosslyn and will be tracked at this location only. Rewards are only valid for stays at this specific Residence Inn hotel.
