”Green Tags“ Washington DC Hotel Package
Help contribute to a cleaner environment with this exclusive Washington DC hotel package at

powered by clean, renewable resources – and you can help with an offer you won‘t likely find
at other hotels. Simply contribute $5 per night toward the purchase of green tags – the equivalent
to planting five trees, or to keeping one car entirely off the road for 45 days. Each green tag
represents the delivery of a specific amount of clean, renewable power. This directly reduces
”brown“ energy, replacing it with clean energy produced by wind, solar biomass or other renewable
sources. Book now and your contribution of $5 per night will allow us to increase our commitment to
a reduced carbon footprint with the purchase of additional green tags.
- Renewable energy certificates (a.k.a. green tags) were created by the EPA to make it easy for individuals and businesses to participate in supporting renewable energy.
